Or, you may login with your RTI Private Network account via the Staffnet Login Page

You have successfully accessed the RTI Asset Management (RAMS) LOGON screen. Implementation of RAMS on your project may not have yet occurred; if so, no further access is granted at this time.

RAMS is a Web-based Property Management System that is used by RTI on all International U.S. Government Contracts to control Government Property and Managed Equipment. Managed Equipment is considered to be project assets that, due to sensitivity or export licensing requirements, have been determined by Project Management to require additional control. If you have not received training on RAMS and/or received notification by email that access has been granted, you will be unable to proceed.

Training and RAMS access is a two step process. First, users will receive a program overview or detailed training by a certified trainer or through a web-based training session using a training database. Second, following the training, specific information on your project will be requested and must be provided for the project to be uploaded onto the RAMS database. Once this step has been completed, you will again be notified via email that access to the "live system" has been granted.

The RAMS implementation schedule is determined by IDG based on project size, complexity and priority. We appreciate your patience while RAMS implementation is in progress.

With respect to US Federal Government reporting requirements, Government Property (GP) includes nonexpendable property and is defined as property that is considered to be complete in itself, does not lose its identity or become a component part of another article when put into use, is durable with an expected service life of at least two years, and has a unit cost of $500 or more.

Note: While it is rare, the threshold dollar value for Government Property may vary from contract to contract. If you are unsure of the control limits established for your contract or cooperative agreement, send an inquiry to the RAMS Program Administrator by clicking on the email link above.
